PRIVACY AND SECURITY

This privacy and security agreement contains explanations regarding the collection and distribution of information on hostlar.com.tr and hostlar's websites.

Hostlar record the IP Addresses of all users and registered customers who enter the internet address with the LOG system and will use them to resolve any problems that occur. Our system includes a cookie system for security monitoring and to prevent the same content from being viewed.

CUSTOMERS can fill in the form content on the membership registration screen (name, address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth,

identification number), if the person has a legal entity (tax number, tax office) fields must be filled in. By filling in these fields, the financial information received by the hostlar will be used to collect the price of the purchased products and services and in other required legal situations.
Hostlar will not use, share or sell any customer information on the system outside their own organizations.

Hostlar will not go beyond any area that they have undertaken in accordance with the confidentiality and security agreement, and will not be responsible for situations such as obtaining information arising from a possible customer vulnerability, changing it or interfering with their services.

In order to obtain new information as a result of forgetting the existing membership information, you can photograph the front and back of your Turkish Republic ID card and send us a mail or support request for comparison.
There are unchangeable fields in your profile information.
Saving and storing the content of the notifications you send with your support request.
Keeping and storing records of all correspondence and conversations you have with us.
Storing the contents of e-mails sent to and from you.

Editing and Deleting Information

Our customers have the right to edit all their personal and corporate information registered on our system at any time. Our company can perform the necessary review to ensure the accuracy of this information. However, the information of our individual or corporate customers registered in our system cannot be deleted from our system for the period required by law due to legal obligation, even if they terminate their products or services.

At the end of the mandatory period, our individual or corporate customers may request the deletion of their information. To do this, an e-mail informing the situation must be sent to info@hostlar.com.tr.

For payments made via online payment, customers' credit card information is not stored by us and none of their information can be accessed.
